In order for us to continually offer you and your downline distributors the best network marketing training ever at the lowest price possible, we do not accept mail-in orders, fax orders, or phone orders because they require extra time and effort to process, which requires additional staff to be hired, which then causes the price of the Ultimate Success CDs to increase. Another reason we do not accept mail, fax, and phone orders is that they many times lead to errors because of illegibility and miscommunication. As stated above, orders can only be placed at our secure web site with a credit card. We do not accept checks and money orders.

Our order page is secure. And our secure order page is 100% automated. The information you enter on our secure order page is the exact information that will be processed. The name and shipping address you enter on our secure order page is the exact name and address that will appear on your shipping label. Shipping:
Within the United States we ship packages via USPS Priority Mail.
Outside the United States we ship packages via USPS Express Mail International with Tracking.
Please do not ask when you will receive your order as we can not predict the exact delivery date. Generally, we will ship your order within three (3) business days after receiving it. Once shipped, orders within the United States will usually take 2-4 business days to arrive at their destination, while orders outside the United States will take an average of 3-5 business days to major destinations. |

Overnight or Rush Orders:
We do not do overnight or rush orders. It does not matter if you offer to pay extra money. As stated above, all orders within the United States are shipped USPS Priority Mail, and all orders outside the United States are shipped USPS Express Mail International with Tracking. No exceptions.
Refunds:
If we charge your credit card in error – which is virtually impossible because you process your own order at our secure web site – then we will refund the mistaken charge.
If you receive a damaged CD then we will quickly send you a replacement CD after you have returned the defective one back to us.
Otherwise, all sales are final.
Terms of Leads Sale:
1. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
2. In the unlikely case of defective or damaged merchandise, we will reship your order immediately upon notification.
